I work with senior leaders navigating structural problems that get misdiagnosed as performance issues: fragmented ownership across complex systems, decision rights misaligned with accountability, trust breakdowns under sustained pressure, and AI deployment without governance infrastructure.
My approach is diagnostic, not prescriptive. I help make failure observable without blame, clarify where decisions actually belong, and design governance that holds when pressure increases.

20+ years leading enterprise operations at Comcast — from frontline to VP. My scope included regulatory escalations, executive complaints, privacy and accessibility response, customer security assurance, public-facing failures, and cross-functional breakdowns where ownership was unclear and consequences were real.
That experience taught me something most operating models don't account for: the places where systems actually break aren't in the center — they're at the seams. Where handoffs happen. Where nobody owns the gap. Where the pressure reveals what the org chart conceals.
