Experience

Twenty years from the frontline to enterprise leadership.

I began in technical support and spent the next two decades learning how enterprise decisions actually travel — from executive intent through systems, partners, frontline teams, and customer outcomes.

I progressed through every level of leadership at Comcast to Vice President, ultimately leading national customer operations, global partner delivery, and high-risk portfolios across more than 50 lines of business.

My strength is not a single function. It is the work between functions: translating strategy into operating design, connecting technology to frontline reality, and building the governance, workforce, and leadership systems that make change durable.

2005–2015
Learn the work

Progressed from frontline technical support through supervisor, manager, and senior-manager roles across regional, divisional, and headquarters organizations. That experience created a practical understanding of how centrally designed processes behave differently across customers, markets, and frontline teams.

2015–2020
Lead where consequences were high

Led advanced repair, executive customer care, and national regulatory-response operations. Built systems for root-cause correction, executive risk visibility, privacy response, and cross-functional accountability in environments where customer, legal, and reputational consequences were immediate.

2020–2023
Scale national and global delivery

Led customer-experience strategy and operations across internal teams and global partners. Scaled mobile support from a pilot to 5,000 partner agents in one year, including a new Cairo delivery operation, while strengthening workforce planning, partner governance, and service execution.

2023–2025
Design the operating model

Led strategy and operating-model design across more than 50 specialized lines of business spanning regulatory response, privacy, customer security, accessibility, executive escalation, social care, and global partner operations. Established clearer decision rights, governance, performance visibility, and ownership across a fragmented portfolio.

2026–present

Completed MIT Sloan's AI Executive Academy and NVIDIA Academy's AI Infrastructure Professional Workshop, then continued building and testing AI systems on owned infrastructure.

The next mandate.

I am open to senior director through vice president roles where the mandate, authority, and long-term runway are strong.

The strongest fit sits at the intersection of client delivery, customer outcomes, professional-services operations, enterprise transformation, and AI adoption.
